Overall, the facility was good, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. However, there was some miscommunication regarding the corkage fee policy when I brought my family to swim. The staff on the day shift informed us that there were no corkage fees for food and that fees only applied to alcohol, which we did not bring. Later that evening, a different staff member told us otherwise. We were able to resolve the issue, but it would be helpful if the policy were communicated more clearly to avoid confusion in the future. Another area for improvement is the shower pressure, which was very low during our stay. Stronger water pressure would greatly improve the experience. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay. The 24/7 security presence was appreciated and made us feel safe throughout our visit.

nothing, i move out on the same day! everything is in their favor because of hotel policy. if you stain, you have to pay the towel old. it needs renovation. poor maintain.

Staff nice but structure old

The owner has installed an annoying device that takes everyones picture as you enter the office to check in and says "Hello, Welcome" in such a loud voice you have to yell to be heard. It does this constantly and is so annoying that for that first reason alone I won't stay there again. The owner should care that they are all annoyed when they are trying to check in or out. Poorly managed. The time of check in is 3 pm and wasn't advertised, so people are showing up a 2 pm and getting turned away. Additionally 3 pm is the staff shift change time, and when people need to drop their keys off to get their rooms cleaned. 3 pm is just chaos. They collected a 2000 peso security deposit at check in as well as the 1700 peso environmental fee. The security deposit was not in the agreement when I booked the hotel and I had to hike to an ATM in order to get the cash for it. The internet is bad because it constantly drops out. You can expect it to be down a quarter of every hour. The water needed to be turned off one day for repairs but they didn't notify until 5 minutes after they had already turned it off! The restaurant it outdoors near the pool and an overgrown jungle area. The flies and mosquitos constantly attack you and your food there. I won't eat there again. The kids playground is fenced and covered with danger off limits signs all around it, yet kids we jumping the fence and playing in there and the staff did nothing about it. Weddings in the rental hall are too noisy

First, I paid online. 2 rooms. She first tried to get me to stay in one without refunding the other. She (Gel is her name) charged me for two deposits even for one booking. Then there’s the cash you need even if you book online. I’ve never had that before where you pay online and they still require a cash deposit on site. And the NON-Refundable ”environmental fee” not mentioned online. And after you go a quarter mile to get to the nearest ATM to get the cash after wading through prostitutes, beggars and junkies, you get to go to a room that is a close tie to the worst I ever stayed in back in 2003 in Mexico. Horrendous smell. It smells like one of those urinal mints. Dirty walls, dirty floors, nasty bathroom (see photos). I think this room would be fairly priced at $12-15 per night. Not $64. I’d ask for a refund but I don’t want to go look for another hotel this late in the evening. Another review mentioned mosquitos. Yep. Been here 15 minutes and I’ve been bitten four times. AC barely keeps up. I’m sweating and it’s as cold as it gets. I can’t believe hotels.com actually lets the owner list this dump. Oh, and security seems more about catching you breaking their rules so they can take your deposit than to actually protect you or your stuff. I think a jail cell might be a better option and probably cheaper too. The online photos are fake. They do not reflect reality in any way.
