Dưới mức trung bình My experience involved bed bugs, responsive staff, but ultimately a bad experience. To shorten the story, we arrived late at night, and the hotel was accommodating. Went to bed before checking for bugs, woke up a couple hours later with nearly 100 bites. The staff was very responsive even in the middle of the night to help me find a pharmacy and booked me a new hotel. I appreciate this; however, they did not want to take responsibility for the bugs and instead of apologizing for the experience, complained to me about the headache and cost it was for them, stating I could have brought the bugs in my suitcase (which is highly unlikely considering they were not there in my suitcase at home, and there were enough bites to indicate at least 20 bugs would have hitched a ride in my suitcase on the airplane). I regret being too sleepy to check for bugs so that I could be 100% confident they were there from the start. Again, the hotel was responsive, but I did not receive an apology or refund and had to go to a doctor for shots and medication for the bites, spend money and time washing clothes, and buy a new suitcase. Bed bugs are an unfortunate part of travel and doing business in hospitality.

The hotel staff was not very kind. While the concept of the hotel is cute, there were small hotel in the wall and a hand print on the wall.

THE MOST DISGUSTING ACCOMODATION I EVER BOOKED . I would rather sleep under the bridge than booking this accommodation. What an AWFUL EXPERIENCE I had with the manager person called Joseph . Really evil human being . I booked to stay just before midnight on the last train from Como . I got confirmation email and email to check in upon arriving at the accommodation everything was shut I called and this awful man turned me away in the middle of the night . Awful awful human being and still refused the next few days to release my money . LIKE HOW MORE EVIL CAN YOU BE . you turned me away after accepting my booking , then promised to release my booking because I never stayed there , then you got the nerve to refuse my refund . Evil evil evil human being . I hope you meet evil people who also treat you like you treated me . Scum of a place . I will never even go near that place ever in my life . Please customers book at your risk . I will be blasting it on all social media with all the horrible messages this horrible piece of man sent me . What a shame Italy has wonderful people and places and this piece of evil is not good

Dưới mức trung bình The room was clean, but it is very old building and the very very very old room. The ground was wood when you walk on the ground, you can hear with that noise and the lightning wasn’t work properly.

There is no front desk, but was able to handle most discussion through phone and expedia. It was a convenient walk to the station and rooms were clean and in good shape. Overall would stay again
