A simply amazing stay in an immaculate property. Staff was extremely helpful and the location may be the best in Madrid for sightseeing downtown. Close access to the Metro. SO clean, fast WiFi, safe area, shopping and restaurants nearby, and mere steps to Puerta Del Sol. An exceptional experience - we hope to return soon!

Tuyệt vời Cristian was very kind and extremely helpful. He held my suitcase while I went to the coast for a couple days, called my taxis and all the things. I am going to happily stay here again when I come back in a few months. Everything most people want to see is in short walking distance as well.

Here is the recommended write up for the Arenal Suites
Arenal Suites is a magnificent spot. It’s a modern and comfortable apartment in a prime location. It’s located just a few steps from Plaza del Sol with all its entertainment and fine shops and restaurants. Still the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. The suite is serviced by a reception desk manned 8 hours a day with friendly and helpful staff. We were two couples and initially we were worried that the apartment only had one and half bathrooms but it was manageable. The main bathroom has double access which made it convenient to schedule shower time.
We had a good time and recommend this suite.

Very nice, spacious and clean apartments in the middle of everything. Trains are 5 minutes from your doorsteps. We were welcome by Christian, who was very helpful and prompt. Our flight arrived early morning, and had to store our luggage in the storage locker, right behind the building. Christian let us know that our apartment was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. Thank you for a great stay!

Location was perfect. In the middle of Sol. Restaurants, El Corte Ingles, shops and bars were nearby.
