Perfect landing pad in Claremont. Clean, comfortable and so welcoming. Great touches - nice shower products, water station and complimentary breakfast.

I am impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the professional staff at the front desk, particularly Christina, Ethan, Vanessa and others. The location of Hotel Casa 425 is ideal, walking distance to the Pomona Colleges and shops.

Great stay. Cute boutique hotel with a lovely central location. Will stay again

The Front Desk “Ethan” evening shift, was very attentive. Hotel was clean, lounge is quiet and beautiful, bartender at the lounge really graceful and made really nice drinks much better than your typical bar. Love the quietness and privacy. Rooms are fresh, clean, and elegant. I would only gripe about the breakfast, not hot meals or anything. Just muffins and yogurt/oatmeal cups. But that’s about it

The complementary breakfast was great!

Hotel was ideal. Great happy hour, excellent staff. Very nice location.

Super clean and very modern setting; especially enjoyed the bath soaking tub; very comfortable bed; love the door facing the courtyard with trees for serenity and tranquility.

The bed sheets were not very clean …definitely not as good fit for a family . Very noisy…if someone is there above your room… definitely a problem. People screaming and very loud after 11 pm. Overall not a great place …not for the money we paid …3 nights for over $1000…there are way better options . Room were very large 5 stars on that !

Clean room, attentive and friendly staff, breakfast was good.

Staff was rude
