Rất tốt The property was fairly close to the main city of Florence with a bus stop just blocks away. The room was a bit small and down a hall next to the front desk but it alright. Air conditioned struggled a bit and deck upstairs was a bit run down. Staff was very nice.

Tuyệt vời Great location- very close to restaurants, Gelato shop, attractions. Very comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. More than enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning is a bit old, cools very slowly and not very great. There is no lift in the property and our room was on the second floor. Location is great and rooms are spacious.

Hotel needs updating, our room, although clean, looked nothing like the pictures on the website, this was partially offset by the front desk person who was very nice and incredibly helpful.

The concierge was very helpful. Hotel was very easy to find and was located convenient to the river walk and the bus lines. Accommodations were simple, but delicious cafes were only a couple steps away.

Tuyệt vời The on-site staff was kind and explained how to reach the city center by bus. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The noise level was minimal but this could be different if traveling during peak season.

Hotel is under renovations and we were not notified, room was nothing like the images on expedia that i booked. Room was so tiny you could barely walk around the bed. Only 3 plugs in the room and one was in use for the fridge. Washroom had water marks on the walls, chipped paint and very low water pressure. Also the toilet would run. Door to terrace on 1st floor would be easy to break in through. Staff were lovely and the night reception employee was a great help. Great location! I would not stay here again though
