L’hôtel est bien situé. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. La literie était propre. La salle de bain était propre. La chambre par contre n’était pas propre, il y avait des coulisses à différents endroits. Il y avait souvent une odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain.
La chambre est minuscule et le rangement complètement inexistant; il n’y a aucun endroit dans la salle de bain pour mettre ses articles de toilette. Il y avait 3 supports dans un petit garde-robe et aucune tablette.
Les deux fauteuils des photos du site n’y sont pas. Il y avait deux chaises abîmées.
Il n’y a pas de frigo, ni de climatisation. Un gros ventilateur très bruyant brasse l’air.
Les marches des escaliers sont très étroites ce qui est pénible avec une valise.
Le prix est vraiment excessif pour la chambre.

The hotel was situated in a good spot. We had chosen a lower room as we thought it would be cooler given the hot forecast, which it was, unfortunately it was below the dining room which they cleaned at night and move tables and made lots of noise, making it hard to sleep. Once I mention this to the desk staff it got moderately better. The lower rooms are not air-conditioned, but stayed cool given the hot weather.
The property had a great breakfast, with food replenished regularly.
The property was old but fairly well maintained. No other amenities other than breakfast
The room was moderately clean, under the beds and in corners of the room were neglected.
The TV did not work, but we were only in the room late and out early.
We spent 4 nights at this location.

Hotel is approx 10 mins walk from the train station. It’s not a cheap hotel however, and I think I expected a little more. But, I’ve rated it excellent because the room (we had a ‘ground floor’ room at the rear) was large with a good bathroom and plenty of space. The negative is that outside the window was just a blank bit of space with peeling paint. Not attractive really. But staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choice regardless of what other reviews say. Towels were changed daily.

The location was excellent!! Walking distance to Amsterdam Central train station and cruise ship dock! Clean room, comfy bed and good breakfast! Staff were friendly, informative, and helpful 😊.

We found the staff at reception were very friendly, a quiet room and comfy bed. The breakfast was very good everyday, plenty of choice.
We also liked that the hotel was traditional and it's location opposite the Waalseiland water. And also only 15 minutes walk from the Central Railway station meant it was well located for everything.
Pleased we could also store our luggage prior to checking in as well as after checking out of the hotel on the last day.

Tuyệt vời The room wasn’t exactly fancy but very clean , spacious enough and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including electric tea kettle, tea and coffee packs, blow dryer, tv, air conditioner and even cute slippers.
The included breakfast was excellent, beyond any expectations. Few mornings we had to leave earlier, before the breakfast starts and they offered us “breakfast to go” packed for the time we needed it
There was no restaurant in the hotel, just a bar with the variety of snacks and drinks.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
