The room is decent. The kitchenette is a bit difficult to use because it’s too small but it’s ok. You need to rent the dishware for an extra 2euros which is not a lot and you have to deposit 20 euros in cash only. The worst policy that I never expected it saw anywhere is that they wanted to charge me 10 euros to change the towels. Usually, towels are changed for free. For 10 euros i might be able to buy my own towels not use their cheap ones. Also, they don’t have an iron in the room so you have to go into the basement with your clothes if you want to iron them and the room there is so small and not suitable for that. I don’t recommend going there unless it’s just one night and you only need a place to sleep.

The kitchen was absolutely empty, staff in Sunday evening was absent. Check-in enough complicated, but after 2 calls was succesfull. Location is good, no far away from highway, free parking available, WI-FI good, shops in few minutes by foot

Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer war unsauber und es hat furchtbar nach Kochdunst gerochen, was mit ausgiebigem Lüften nicht zu beheben war. Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen!

Great place to stay. They did just go through a name change but this was an amazing stay in my favorite city!

Отель простой, находится на окраине города. Но до центра ходит прямая электричка. Недалеко несколько магазинов и есть где позавтракать. К сожалению, в наш приезд кухня отеля не работала. Что касается номера,были свежие полотенца и постельное белье. В номере не хватало чайника и посуда. Но за дополнительную плату предоставляют. Нам чайник и чашки дали бесплатно на все время проживание. Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый

The staff was nice, however, the property is very outdated. We came during Oktoberfest so it was extremely expensive and not worth what we paid, but it was one of the more affordable options. I would only recommend this as a budget option if absolutely needed. It was clean and efficient. We did have to carry our bags up the stairs which was inconvenient.

Check in was good. The part was we were at the front of the Hotel and the Parking Lot is nosier most of the night.

Nice location and easy to get into the main centre. The rooms are very basic which is fine but I wasn’t impressed that we paid for 3 rooms with kitchenettes and only 1 of them actually had a kitchenette. Then the kitchenette we did have didn’t have any facilities for cooking…no pans, no toaster, no kettle. Was pointless having it and was a bit a shame considering they had stopped serving breakfast in the restaurant for September. We booked this place originally because we thought it would be easy to sort breakfast before heading into the town. Also the lady on the desk was quite difficult when it came to checking in and was reluctant to help/provide any extra amenities. Overall it did the job for our stay and was clean.

Kitchenette met my needs. Climbing stairs is something to think about for sure when staying here. Staff fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
