La seule bonne chose était l'emplacement. Lit inconfortable (avec bosses dans le matelas et draps "motoneux". Acceuil tout sauf sympathique, fourmis dans la chambre, douche qui arrose partout excepté sur nous... bref, on avait réservé 3 nuits, nous sommes resté que 2.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to all the important things, and perfect for wandering. I was on the 2nd floor, and WiFi was inconsistent. Breakfast was on request, basic options.

We were moved to a different hotel don Miguel
The man on reception was extremely rude.
The room was very dull not enough natural light.
The corridors were badly lit.
We have stayed in many old style Spanish properties across Spain, this was terrible.

Dưới mức trung bình Not told that the parking was a very long walk with heavy luggage in another hotel until I had found a temporary parking place and walked to the hotel. The bed was falling apart and I had to move the headboard to stop it banging on the wall every time I moved. The manager wanted to charge a lot more for the parking than the first lady I spoke to.

The property was closed for renovation and I had to be moved to another hotel. Though they must have known when I booked it as it was just a couple of days before

Excellent location in the Historic District of Ronda and has a vintage feel to it with a popular restaurant downstairs. Definitely not accessible as it does not have a lift but the exercise was worth it! One suggestion is that if you are being referred to the Hotel Don Miguel it would be advisable to inform your clients prior to their arrival. Stand firm and do not let them transfer you to Don Miguel as the management leaves much to be desired there and a lesson in customer could be taken from this hotel.
