Extremely disappointed. The staff was very kind but the “resort” itself was awful. I checked in and checked out an hour later and found a new place. The photos look nothing like the place, it’s extremely run down.
there was an inch gap in my door that would allow insects in at any time, there was baby spiders crawling all over the bed along with a dead flies all over, there was cobwebs in the corners. All the tables were dirty, there was grime all over the nightstand. The light switch boxes had either a rat poop or a dead insect on it. I wondered when the last time my room had been cleaned or the last time someone had stayed there. I wish I took more photos, but I was scrambling to find other accommodations, I actually sat out on the patio while booking my other room because i felt so yucked out. Don’t even get me started on the pool.
I knew to expect more insects in Pai, but my other hotel was spotless and bug free. This place was disgusting.
It could be a great place if they renovated it and actually cleaned it before guests came. DO NOT STAY HERE

We’re got a lot of black ants in our bathroom, washed them down with hot water but come back from outside. The bathroom has very bad smell from the drain have to put down wet town on top all the drain.

Basic rooms but cute vibe. Small porch with a table and chairs. Wet room was basic - warm water not hot. Pool was very small but nice although no cushions on the loungers.

Not a resort, not as pictured, very run down not well maintained. Looked as though it used to be nice. Pool is dirty, doors have large gaps that let lizards in during the night.
Shower broken.
Much nicer places in pai for a little more money.

Comfortable hotel with nice pool in walking distance to city Centre. Would recommend.

Tuyệt vời The stag at this place are so helpful and amazing! Cannot fault it at all! Pool was clean, rooms cleaned daily with clean towels. One of the staff even arranged a side car on a bike ride to take me to the bus station for free! I have the lady who kindly took me a tip to say thank you. Great place, great staff! Loved it and would go again!

Baan Chokdee is cute and in a great location. It is located right down the street from Pai's walking street which makes getting food or shopping really convenient. The hotel is set up in a cottage/town house style. The room and bathroom were clean and in nice condition. The beds weren't the most comfortable but not too bad. Overall a really good place to stay.

Rất tốt The room was nice and we even had a little back patio with a nice view. Only downside is we could here out neighbors TV, conversations and moving around but other than that the room was very nice.
