First there was mold in the bedroom, I ask for it to be clean twice and they never did anything about it. The picture of the pool on the site is ridiculous. The pool is on the ground floor and no window. There is no real balcony just door that open. The hotel is not well maintained and there was also lots of bugs in our room. Will never go there again. Awfull we where with our 2 kids. There is much better options for the same price

It was ok for the money

Absolutely avoid this hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I have both photographic and video evidence to support everything in this review. The experience started badly from the moment I arrived. One of the receptionists was asleep in the hotel lobby, which was not a reassuring first impression of the property’s professionalism. The room looked absolutely nothing like the listing photos. Instead, I walked into a worn-down room with peeling paint, poor maintenance, and a level of cleanliness that was completely unacceptable. The bed was revolting. There was blood on the bedding, three short hairs resembling pubic hairs, and I found a bug crawling on the bed, which I photographed. There were also bugs in the bathroom. I was so disgusted that I slept on towels on the floor instead of using the bed. I left the hotel covered in bug bites and with an itchy, swollen eyelid. Sleep was impossible. There is active construction immediately next door and a loud bar downstairs playing music late into the night. At approximately 5:30 am, staff began dragging furniture around, followed by cleaners making excessive noise. At 6:00 am, they started slamming brooms against the walls, and this was still happening at 6:54 am as I wrote this review, despite me having already reported the noise. Stayed here for 20 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel is right on My Khe Beach so we woke up to ocean views every morning. Room was spotless, bed super comfortable, and staff went out of their way to help with restaurant recommendations + scooter rental. Breakfast buffet had great Vietnamese and Western options. Pool area was clean and never crowded. Already planning to come back. Thank you!

Needs updating, other than that its a good place to stay. elevator needs ventilation too. small pool 1st floor get loud when theres people. Pretty close to the beach

It’s currently under renovation so hopefully things are better when they are done! Our room had bugs in the bed (don’t think they were bed bugs but there were for sure ants and other things so I didn’t want to risk it). So we ended up leaving the hotel but only after receiving our clothes all nicely cleaned and they offered us a refund on all but one night as well as free water for the trouble. Staff was very helpful and friendly so hopefully the hotel can return to its former glory!

the only good thing about this hotel is the amazing staff they are so sweet and helpful and great at what they do! the hotel itself is moldy with large patches of mold everywhere and you can smell the dampness of every room you go in. it’s hard to find on google especially for taxis and grabs.

The bathroom had a leak and filled up the bathroom floor
