I had sent messages through the Hotels.com app requesting an airport pickup, but unfortunately did not receive any response and had to make my own travel arrangements.
The arrival experience could be improved with a warmer welcome, such as offering a welcome drink or water, especially considering the property’s cliffside location.
Other than this, the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is excellent, with comfortable rooms, stunning views, and well-maintained facilities. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff Side Suites in Santorini! The views were breathtaking, the location was perfect, and the sunsets felt like something out of a movie. Our suite was clean, comfortable, and had that beautiful Santorini charm we were hoping for.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. We especially loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the famous cliffside paths while still having a peaceful place to relax.
Waking up to the caldera view every morning was unforgettable. Thank you for helping make our Santorini trip so special — we would happily stay here again!

Our room was what we expected. However the stairs are difficult to negotiate and there are a lot of them. If you're handicapped or elderly you may want to discuss this with the hotel to see if they can accommodate you.
Overall our vacation was amazing we will come back

Love the breathtaking seaview we receive when we step out of the room. Relaxing and tranquil feeling as we sit on deck chairs enjoying the sun on our face. The room was small but comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped with our luggage as there were many stairs. Found parking nearby. Conveniently located near Fira, we appreciated it is a quieter area. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. It would be nice to have more amenities provided in the room eg tissue paper, toothbrush sets. Bathroom was tight in terms of space.
