Staff were great. Friendly and helpful. We got the deluxe suite and it was very large. Our room doors didn’t fully close which was concerning given the mosquitoes but I ended up not being an issue in the end.

Lovely staff. Perfect location on the edge of the busy area but still relaxing and peaceful.

Beautiful 2 bedroom villa with private pool on the beach! Location was perfect, walkable to harbour and restaurants but nice and quiet at night for sleeping. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and pre dinner cocktails with snacks but everything was delicious, homemade and amazing quality! Happy hour on the rooftop is the best!! Can't wait to return one day 🙂

The staff were always friendly and helpful with any requests or issues we needed help with. Didek, Jo, Ainee, Dwuan? and Eris are a few of those who really helped us out and made us feel so welcome. The villa we stayed in (Cempaka) is truly beautiful and finely balanced with furnishings and decor. The food and drinks through room service and at the restaurant were delicious and above our expectations. The beds were so comforable and cool at night with frosty air con.

Cannot speak highly enough of Kokomo resort and the staff. Spectacular accommodation in an ideal location - close to the action but far enough away to be peaceful. The villas were spotless and the pool sparkling clean. One of the best holiday locations I’ve ever been to !!!!

We stayed in the villa Mawar. One of the nicest villa we ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable with easy access to plug your electronical devices by your bed. Huge bathroom with a huge shower, so nice. Of course the private pool was a big plus. The service at this hotel is over the top. Always super friendly, everybody says hello and asks you how you are doing and if you have anything planned for your day. And the best of all, the food! Probably the best restaurant on Gili Trawangan. It is also the most expansive but each meal we ordered for our room or that we ate on the beach at night was absolutely amazing. Lastly, it is a 5 minutes walk from the center of Trawangan so perfect location, you don’t hear the noise of the bars and music, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

Customer service was top notch. If you're looking for a stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main party area of Gili T, then this is your place. Food was great, it was quiet, the staff went of their way to accomodate every request. Beach area was perfect for a nice tan. Really enjoyed my stay.

The property and staff were both amazing. Fantastic location that was not too close to the crowded port area. Komang, Een, and the rest of the staff take care of anything we needed. Great recommendations for dive companies and place to eat. Cannot say enough good things about the entire experience.
