Very good stay!

We checked in and had to climb 4 flights of stairs with our heavy bags. The AC in the room wasn’t working. The room was extremely small. The bathroom door was stopped from opening all the way by the bed. Barely enough room for our suitcases. Since they didn’t have a restaurant, despite having a menu in the room, Claude the front desk guy was kind enough to serve us beer that was on tap, and went to the pizza place himself to get our food since we didn’t have a car of our own. The people were very nice.

A decent room with enough comfort for a stop over stay. Owner was very helpful and welcoming. The area is an industrial estate but don't let that put you off. It felt safe and you can ignore it is close to the trains. Didn't hear them running overnight.

The attitude of the lady on reception ruined our holiday! When I booked this room, I emailed twice to ask for a late check in as we would be arriving after their advertised check in.. I had NO reply from either email. I then called and a lady answered and I asked if a late check in was possible and she said it would be fine.. But when arriving the place was deserted, the doors were open and the lights were on, someone was clearly in the middle of making their dinner with loud music playing! When I went looking for someone, I saw the staff bedroom was open and looked like a pig lived in there and the smell was atrocious. When the receptionist finally arrived she was extremely rude and unwelcoming, she huffed and puffed, tutted under her breath and had a go at me for not calling her to ask for a late check in. She wouldn’t have it, even with me trying to explain a had called and sent several emails. She was so very very rude to us! The attitude of this lady and our Experience of being left waiting for 30 minutes, scared my son so badly he was physically shaking, being autistic he couldn’t cope with this situation and it ruined his/our whole trip. Horrific experience!!

Hotel is in an industrial area, close to a truck depot and a rail line. Overall it is rundown and should be torn down.

The staff is great. My grandson left his prize stuffed horse in the room. They found it and mailed it back to us in the US - not questions asked at their expense. I am so grateful!!! The hotel itself is clean and our room was spacious. The area around the hotel is “industrial” but was safe and quiet. It was about 20 minutes to Disney and about 10 minutes to Meaux. The value was worth the drive.

Its just another hotel.

This is a budget hotel in an industrial estate. The room is nice enough but the bed was uncomfortable - too soft. Poor value for money.

Very nice staff and clean hotel. Location is best to have a car
