Çalışanlar, gerek resepsiyon gerekse bardaki görevliler çok yardımsever ve çözüm odaklıydı. Odalar çok bakımsız, dolaplar arızalı, internet çok yavaştı. Televizyon çalışmıyordu, bakmaları için, kimse gelip bakmadı ve bana bilgi vermedi kendim sorduğumda yapabilecek kimse yok şu an otelde dendi. Personele ilgileri için çok teşekkürler

Staff is so helpful, they are really nice people. The location is good as well. The room was clean. I'd recommend

Oda tuvalet havalandırması olmadığı için çok kötü kokuyordu bir otelde odada su bile olmaması şaşırtıcı geldi. Kendi market gibi yerlerinden almamız gerektiği belirtildi ama 2 şişe 50 ml su konmaması çok saçmaydı

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by the staff. In particular, the breakfast and pool bar attendant went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure everything was taken care of for us. This young man attentiveness and kindness truly made our experience special. He made sure every detail was taken care of, and his thoughtful approach truly elevated our experience. The breakfast was another highlight—freshly prepared each morning and consistently delicious. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, which made it easy to access nearby attractions and activities. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and prime location. We look forward to returning!

Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent location but yet it was nice and quiet. Recommended!!! Would stay again ☺️

The rooms beginning with 61* are poor. There is so much noise and smell.

Very friendly staff, helpful, polite Just 1 minus- water in a shower was too cold for me, not pleasant to take a cold shower in the morning, in the evening water was warmer

pool, food, stuff, location was OK, only disappointment we reserved the room with mini-bar, they didn't provide and asked 10 eur per day for mini-bar
