Modern rooms and great staff that treated us like family. Reception staff had better deals for local tours; they accommodated us on every need. It was our first time in Istanbul, we couldn't have picked a better hotel. So close to all the attractions! Thank you for the welcome.

Highly recommend the Four-G hotel. Fantastic location, super helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Right in the heart of Sultanahment and walkable to many of the major sites.

The hotel is an okay budget hotel. The staff is nice and helpful. But the rooms are just okay. On hotels.com it says the beds are memory foam but the are not.
The bath and the room could use a deep clean. It was dusty and some general bathroom mold. Not a big deal I get this in my closed room shower too. They just need to do a little work to update the cocking around the shower. Also the drain is slow.
Overall for budget hotel it is okay.
To note there is four g Premium hotel next door that our friend stayed at for the same price and it was a little nicer. But that is also what is frustrating. This cost the same price as their premium option

Good location, bathroom is bit outdated, breakfast has many option but the quality of ok, I wish less option and better quality

Very clean and breakfast was good. Staff friendly and location excellent for seeing the sights.
AC was not on yet so we had to open the sliding doors for fresh cool air.

The manager "Aykut" & front desk staff "Mehmet" are very helpful & friendly. The breakfast spread is good with a good mix of Turkish & western items. In terms of location, the hotel is near the 2 Blue Metro lines and close to all key attractions in the SultanAhmed area. I would give an "excellent" rating if the air-conditioning systems & fan ventilation are operating instead of having to open the windows which allows loud prayer calls & street noise to affect our sleep. Overall it is a very well managed hotel.

Your staff was great. We specially admire Ms. Sevde who was very sweet and helpful.
Your room colours and space are suitable to our taste.
The breakfast was very good and we love the two ladies who greeted us every morning there.
