We felt the staff need to choose their words better. I was treated with Hello lovely. That was my first cringe. I was then told I need to swipe your credit card in case you damage something, really, I understand the credit card however how about using words like incidentals. Breakfast this morning, felt staff did not want to be there, no smile, no good morning, just asked have you already been to breakfast this morning, breakfast is once per guest, it was 7.15am breakfast starts at 7 am and we were the only ones in the room. I feel the staff need some coaching on how to speak more appropriately The room was lovely however there was an awful smell Check out this morning, same person at reception, hello lovely, goodness the lady had my name Mrs F*^%+ would be more appropriate.

Could not fault this property. From the staff to the food and accommodation, all were wonderful.

Excellent venue, great service!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very good for us, we needed to be in that area which was full of surprises and nice walks, lots of greenery. A few times it rained and we could go downstairs to the bistro were the food is good, the atmosphere was very relaxed. We will go back there again.

Found out it's part of the ALH Group. Everything was impressive. Design was different from others. Free parking, free continental breakfast, on arrival you get a drink voucher to the value of $10 each. Your right across the road from Brookside shopping centre. Dan Murphys is next door. Good walking trail.
