It’s an older hotel but it was clean, affordable & in a great location. Great pool/bar area. Good pizza!

We booked a junior suite which was a very nice size. The air conditioner in the bedroom was excellent but the one in the separate living room area could not keep up with the outside temps of 95 degrees. We couldn't utilize the room at all and were grateful we didn't need to have someone sleep in that area. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were small and hard. No option for softer ones in the room. The pool/spa area was was beautiful and well maintained. Nice snack/bar area and good music. The hotel concists if multiple buildings. If you're not in the main hotel section it's quite a hike to and from your hotel room.

Note, no elevators in hotel's buildings! Room was okay however furniture was dated. The pools and bars were amazing.

This property is located in a precious area, the furniture of the rooms should be updated and change. Rooms are very ugly inside and the colors of the walls are very depressing. Plus they charge you a resort fee, after you have paid for the stay entirely. With that resort fee-that you truly don’t make use of what they charge… their rooms should be pristine!

Did not stay long (2 hours) due to ants in the room and dog hair on sheets. Got my money back. Very disappointed with this resort.

Doors had stains in carpets, bathroom shower faucet and spout has tile cut out too large leaving holes. Hot water was not hot and drains in sink and bathtub backed up. Place was dirty, air conditioner worked poorly. This resort needs updates and maintenance. The smell upon entering building #1 was awful. Our patio has not been swept in a long time. Towels were ripped and strings were hanging from them. Check-in was great and our representative was knowledgeable and accommodating. I booked this room for the vicinity of Lake Powell for the view and assumption of a resort stay. The restaurants especially the main dining room were great with a large assortment of healthy dishes. Would not recommend staying here but the food and service was nice
