The room were exceptionally clean and staff very friendly!

Very clean. Perfect location. Rooms were very small.

Great place to stay - staff goes above and beyond!!! - convenient to attractions and dining - very walkable to Time Square!

Breakfast is good. Hotel location is walking distance from Times Square and Hudson Yards

Our stay was extremely disappointing. From the first night, the air conditioning unit made a loud noise every time it cycled on and off, making it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. We reported it to the front desk, but instead of fixing the issue, maintenance told us to leave the AC running continuously. That’s not a solution—guests stay at hotels expecting comfort and sleep. After three nights of poor sleep, we returned to the front desk. The employee offered to move us, but only after we left our luggage downstairs while waiting for another room to be cleaned. During that time, the fire alarm sounded. It was only a drill, but the announcement wasn’t clear or loud enough, causing unnecessary confusion. Fortunately, we met the maintenance manager during the evacuation. Unlike the front desk staff, he was genuinely apologetic and quickly found us a new room. We immediately noticed the water pressure in the shower and sink was much better than in our original room on the 6th floor, even though the new room on the 17th floor was in the same location within the building. The new room also had a stained couch, but that was minor compared to everything else. The maintenance manager was the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. The lack of concern and poor customer service from the front desk made this a stay we won’t forget—for all the wrong reasons!!

Terrible experience. To start with room was not great, when I booked I requested for one king room and one room with 2 queen beds. This was not accepted and when requested staff was rude and asked me to call expedia. I called expedia and have to wait with family sitting in lobby and gave up. Adjusted with the room and had daily issues. Locks don’t work and had to complain and stand in front of the door for an hour to get it fixed. Issue with toilet and had to raise service request. Door access card did not work next day and another circus . They did not do room service one day. Overall really bad experience and never booking again with expedia and surely not going to Hyatt ever again

Decent hotel, room was clean and complimentary water bottles each day was nice. AC and bathroom sink had issues though, ac didn't cool well and bathroom sink had very low water flow

Size of room was small and uncomfortable. Bed was comfortable. Sofa portion of bed was nice.

Everything was nice need some turkey sausages on that breakfast menu
