Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Great location. Cold AC.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. My sister and I stayed last year 2025 and thought it was a great reasonable option in a PERFECT location. We enjoyed the breakfast which kept us pretty full for half the day and the market that pops up on the weekends across the street. The beach is only a 8-10 minute walk away and walmart, Soriano and several other supermarkets and stores are nearby. For me, this time felt a bit different. The WIFI wasn't the best and it's not an ideal location to work remotely from. If you're coming for vacation and to relax then this is not a big deal. I had to work for the first week of my trip (so a little different for me) and had to cancel class twice because the wifi just shut down. I did call the desk and they reset the modem and it came back on, but it just isn't the best. Like all hotels, some rooms are better than others. The first room that I was placed in during the first part of my 2026 stay had a leaking ac unit that caused a mini-flood in room. The second room was a bit better but the bathroom was so, so tiny that you literally can not fully open the door, because it touches sink. If I didn't have to use internet for work and could guarantee a good room I'd consider staying here again, but otherwise, it doesn't feel worth it to me anymore.

For a botique hotel and the price it has everything you need and more. Quiet, clean and comfortable space. This hotel has much to offer and capture the city very well. The mini splits in the room make the rooms very cold. The staff is always available and helpful! Would stay here again.

Basic hotel, no coffee in room, not even glasses, very good location, 5 min to Walmart, 10 min to closest beach, good restaurants around. Pools opens after 10 and close at 8 so not very useful. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff.

Muy buen servicio

We checked in and when we saw the room, decided not to stay. The room had no windows other than a sliding glass door that opened to the pool area. The room had a smell of disinfectant that was just too strong for us. For a few more dollars we found a better place. If budget is the overall concern, I would stay here, otherwise I would look elsewhere. I do have to say that the staff were extremely nice and helpful in every aspect, including getting a refund processed when we decided not to stay.
