Tuyệt vời Really beautiful hotel, very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Very nice coffee shop with great latte and croissants a minute away from the hotel. The Rialto Bridge is about 5 minutes walk. Amazing canal view from the windows. We did not wish to leave

Dưới mức trung bình The location is perfect right in the heart of Venice. The toilets are not clean. the showers dont work well. The sheets are clean.
What I dint like was that I was charged 20 Euros because of late check in. It is not decent to do that esp in Venice where getting around is not easy with luggage and all the stairs.

Quaint place for a stay in Venice. The room was clean. Air conditioner works well. Small space in bathroom but that is to be expected. View of the canal from the room. The mattress was hard. Overall good experience.

Excellent hotel for the price. The location couldn't have been better with just a short walk to all the main sites. We had excellent canal views and saw so many gondolas pass by.
The character and decor of the room was very Venetian and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great value for money.

Charming and cold AC! Lovely room and fun watching the canal out our windows in the morning. Wonderful location that's not too crowded. Loved the restaurant in our square, so nice that it wasn't overly crowded and touristy.

Great location!!! Little difficult to find at first.
Host communication was okay. Gave me a detailed info to how to get in my room. I asked for storage availability, got no answer for 12 hours later.
Overall, location does it all. I would recommend this place if you don't have lenghty schedule to explore the city.

When we arrived, the air conditioning was nice and chilly and the gentleman who checked us in made a point of saying that the air conditioning was working before he left the room. He’d come upstairs as he’d helped by carrying a very heavy suitcase, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. After the first night, the air conditioning no longer worked and it was extremely uncomfortable as we stayed during a period of unusually high temperatures. I would never book a room without air conditioning and this is a total red line for me - unacceptable. Because the front desk is unmanned overnight there was no way to seek a remedy to this as we left on the morning of the third day. The sheets felt clean. Everything else felt unclean. We did have a canal view directly from our windows but you could only enjoy it if you were standing directly in the window, you can’t see it lying on the bed. It was really hard getting to this hotel with heavy bags, it was the end of a four week trip for us so we weren’t travelling lightly. This was the hotel and destination that I enjoyed least of our time in Italy. I do not recommend.

Cobran 20 euros por un check in después de las 20:00. Cuando ya el precio es altísimo para lo que ofrecen. El check in empieza a las 15:00 pero el
Check out es a las 10:00 y la señora de limpieza súper malhumorada va a tocar a la puerta y con muy mala cara te dice que ya se pasaron 20 minutos! Por el precio que cobran deberían ser muy amables y muy flexibles. Si pueden reservar un local que no cobre por un check in, evitaría a toda costa el local. La señorita de recepción es amable, el muchacho de la mañana no. Es la primera vez en 20 años que veo que alguien cobre por un check in. Lo entendería si fuera después de las 22:00. En fin, a evitar, no lo vale
