Ahmed provided excellent service during my stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. Everything was up to par, and I would definitely recommend both Ahmed's service and the hotel to others.

Tốt Only stayed briefly for 1 night, around 9 hours so cannot give an in depth review. Easy to find, central location and quiet nights sleep.
We were unable to be provided with a room key as they were awaiting new keys, this sat uneasy with us, if we had been staying for longer this would have been an issue.
Had no towels in the room on arrival but receptionist sorted it when we asked.

The hostel was clean and the beds were comfortable, kitchen had what you’d need to cook basic meals. Absolutely no vibe like a regular hostel, staff didn’t care and were very unfriendly and quite rude, grumpy middle aged men always hanging around the reception, not sure what their story was. Had to pay for a hotel one night, as the access is locked from 2am-8am, I wasn’t told this at check-in. Wanted to go out another night and asked if there was a key that I could have to enter between these times, was flat out refused, so weird for a hostel in a city.

Location consider excellent. What I dissapointed that is 3 point.
1. I been bite for the continuous 3 night, after leaving.Make my hand and leg suffering for 2 week.
2. Wifi connection terrible. I can said that to wifi connection during I stay.
3. After check out i would like to leaving my lugguage in the hostel. And the reception charging for 20TL and that said that is the lugguage storage room. End up during that time i coming back my bag pack still at the original point not even move to "storage room". And what i feel they charge was depend on the personal preferences. Because i did not received any info during check in they have this kind of charges (if we need to leaving luggage after check out)

II didn't like it, even if I had already paid the night through Expedia, the staff charged one more night in my credit card. After the check-out, as soon as I realised it, I phoned to them several times, but they pretended not to understand me. So I can't give a positive feedback to the structure and to the staff

The Best for its location. Helpful staff. Affordable price. The showers on the 3rd floors need to be changed with a new one, it’s broken.
