Avoid this Springhill Suites by Marriot in Carle Place! After driving 4 hours to attend our mothers funeral we arrived at this hotel and were told that our reservation was cancelled by the hotel (without notice) and that the hotel was booked to capacity for our room type. The reservation was prepaid! Incompetence beyond belief! This hotel caused my family so much stress during an extremely difficult time. All the hotels in the area were now full! I also had to spend hours on the phone with hotels.com for a refund (which they finally did) but wow what a stressful experience. Again...incompetence beyond belief!

hotel was good but a expensive only gave bottle water on arrival i had requested room with roll in shower and safety bars and was not available no first night i had booked several months in advance

Everything was really nice, clean helpful very friendly

Clean, comfy beds, a fantastic breakfast.

The price was good for a holiday weekend.

Breakfast is perfect

The staff that was on shift just told me my total didn’t explain to me about how much was the down deposit , he just collect the money from me . I love this place , and best thing about why I booked it , they had baby cribs . Will definitely stay there again

It was very clean and organized. The bed was very comfortable for a very relaxing night. The staff was very friendly make it more special. The breakfast was a standard american breakfast making it a complete meal.
