This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean with stylish decor. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is very well decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard , and well priced for such high quality food. The bar area has a nice chilled atmosphere, I did'nt want to leave there , as it was such a nice place to drink and eat. The only suggestion would be to have a mini bar in the room with a selection of drinks and snacks, however there was a full room service option that I didn't use

Excellent hotel. Lovely atmosphere throughout especially the bar area in the evening time which has a relaxed ambiance. Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my one night stay. Breakfast was underwhelming due to lack of variety at the buffet and the breakfast staff were a little slow and disorganised. Still, enjoyed my short stay and would definitely come back. I have stayed here many times for business, as I work for skyscanner who have an office in Glasgow. Unfortunately I broke my foot, and so was unable to travel for my booking. I asked the hotel if they can move my booking back 4 weeks (once my foot is better) . They refused. That to me, is terrible service, and therefore I won’t be staying here again sadly.

The Dakota Glasgow is a lovely place to stay in the city center. The reception staff is kind and courteous as well as helpful. It’s convenient to attractions, restaurants and shopping. It was a pleasure to stay there. This was my second stay there. I highly recommend it.

The Dakota is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and luxury bedding. Excellent staff, breakfast and restaurants.

It was a very nice hotel. Everything was nice and the room was excellent. It had a nice breakfast and the staff was super friendly.

Outstanding hotel and service! Would definitely recommend. Sixt rental dropoff a short walk uphill for convenience. *****+
