Very well located to see many of Stockholm’s attractions the backstage hotel was a nice place to stay

Anthony and the front desk staff were excellent!

Wasn't told we needed to put room key in a reader to get lights to work. Not sure if this is something common in Europe but I've never been there before. Staff seemed mediocre.

Lovely place. Nice people bed like a cloud.

Most of the staff at backstage were very helpful, although it was soured slightly by an evening meal we had there one night. The food was good but expensive. The discount for hotel guests was not applied and we were not allowed to book the costs to our room. I enquired about this at the front desk the day after and is was told they couldn't help. I wouldn't eat there again. I also asked to borrow a plate to take to our room and I clearly wasn't trusted enough for this and they said they couldn't, but gave me cardboard lid from some kind of food container. Anywhere else would have just given my a plate. On a positive note, the bicycles by the door are free to use for guests, you just need to book them out. Spent a fortune staying here for about a week, so really expected better service.

At check-in, there was a man and a woman. I clearly arrived before those two guests, but the female receptionist called them both to check in first and asked me to wait there. Then the male receptionist, who had his hair in a braid, pronounced my name in a very strange tone while entering it into the system, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

The experience was great overall! Nice space, clean, easy check-in and check-out process, they helped hold my luggage post-checkout and I really appreciated it. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff particularly at breakfast were pleasant and especially kind and helpful. Hotel was fun and eclectic
