The Pertschy Palais Hotel is one of six hotels at which we have stayed in the inner city of Vienna since 2007. This was our third time at the Pertschy. Its location between Graben and the Hofburg is very convenient to the hubbub of Graben and the Stephansplatz, the subway at Stephansplatz, shopping on Kärtnerstrasse, the various attractions of the Hofburg, and just a few minutes walk to the Albertina, the Staatsoper, and the tram service on the Ringstrasse. We like the quirkiness of the old palace with the open balconies around the courtyard for accessing the rooms. The rooms have high ceilings and are larger than in some similarly priced hotels in which we have stayed in the area. A couple of these hotels have a more extensive breakfast buffet, but the offerings at the Pertschy are fine, and Herr Ludwig was unfailingly gracious and welcoming in presiding over the breakfast room.

My husband and I loved our stay here ! The size of the room is great! We stayed in 5 different hotels over our honeymoon and this one was our favorite! It was the largest of all the rooms we stayed in, and the most comfortable bed as well. The elevator was great as well, many of our hotels in Europe we had to carry our bags up flights of stairs so this was a nice touch. The location was also perfect! Overall amazing stay here!

The room was lovely and very charming. The biuffet was delicious

Very nice hotel close to downtown museums, etc. - clean and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast (15 Euro per person if not specifically included). This property DOES NOT have laundry facilities for guests, despite the amenities statement currently on Expedia. There is a nice elevator.
