The best thing about the property was the location. That said it was across the street from what appeared to be a homeless shelter

The hotel's plus point is that it's in a very good location for tourist attractions, transport and restaurants; however the room was incredibly cramped with too much furniture crammed into it. The bathroom was small, with the tiniest basin. Breakfast was not included. It was disappointing for the price and I wouldn't recommend it.

I am so impressed with the staffs. They were so helpful and cheerful, especially Musta, who was so kind to us. Besides, the location of the hotel is excellent. I walked to the Louvre museum and the park everyday. It took me only 6 minutes. The price of the room is affordable and in a very safe location. I will absolutely stay there again! Thank you !

We arrived in Paris when it was 34-36 degrees. The AC turned on & cooled the room to 30-32. When I said I did not think it was working the man at reception was very rude & said 'it was normal AC, not cold AC.' I asked what was normal AC is & he said 20 degrees. I said it is not working, and the room was over 30 all night. He shrugged his shoulders & simply (rudely) said. 'There is no defect' without checking. No sleep for the 2 nights. Great location, but hotel is very overpriced for condition.

Brilliant location. Friendly welcoming staff. I stayed in room 23 with a window looking on to the ) lift shaft/ internal fire escape. It's an old building and the walls are thin. So your sleep depends on your room neighbours.

Location - super for restaurants, shops, and metros. Bedroom - has a chair to put all your things. No soft pillow. Bathroom - My toiletries had to be put on top of the garbage can. No hook to hang a towel near the shower. The shower curtain isn’t efficient to prevent the water to wet outside…

Didn't try breakfast. Room was very small. There was one table chair and no really good place to put it. Bed took up most of the living space and was comfortable. TV was what you would expect anywhere else. Bathroom was also small, but generally acceptable. Had to repair shower wand support a few times but otherwise effective if not roomy. Telephone didn't work while I was there but had my own. It was returned to the room the day I left. So why the Good rating? My meeting location was a 5-to-8-minute walk away, great selection of restaurants within a short walk and a walkable distance to the Louvre and its associated plaza/mall area. There was a desk in the reception area that was available for my use when needed. If I was there for a longer period, the staff would bring me water or juice. The friendly and helpful staff was an asset.

Great location! We were within walking distance to the opera house, Lafayette Gallery, the lourve and Moore!

I you’re travelling alone and are looking for a place to sleep, it’s a fine spot. The best part of my experience was the people of the front desk, very nice, communicative, and helpful. They let me check in earlier and check out a bit later. That helps me a lot as I was exhausted when I got to the hotel. Very nice people. The location is pretty good as well. But the room is small, the shower was not good at all. As a small place I was awake a lot because people were a bit noisy coming from the night. I couldn’t sleep well because of that. It’s a fine hotel, I guess cheaper in comparison to others on the same location. It was good for one night.
