Great place and location

The hotel is very close to downtown and train station. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic.

The restaurant at the top called the Roast was very good and the waiters provided first class service

The stay was worth it for the breakfast alone! Very close to the light rail (a bit a walk around even though it is so close). Walkable area, helpful staff.

Beautiful property, great location near train and bus stations, and city park. Excellent food at the hotel bar. Great views from the room. Would have liked to stay there on our return trip, but the price had gone up too much in two days!

The hotel was conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Bergen Station, making it easy to get around even with luggage. The breakfast, which was included in the room rate, offered a wide variety of options and was very good. Since we arrived before check-in time, we planned to leave our luggage and go sightseeing. However, the luggage storage room was unlocked and accessible to anyone, which raised some security concerns. As a result, we decided to pay for an early check-in at 2:00 p.m., which cost an additional €15. The room was clean and comfortable, and we did not experience any particular inconveniences during our stay.

Staff was helping us all time.
