Dưới mức trung bình Breakfast was good. At check in, there were many security guards following a guest. I realized that there were evacuees at hotel - if I had known, I would have booked elsewhere. Many intoxicated people walking around with open alcohol. The guests were asking for money, cigarettes, among other things. Security guards were not enforcing rules. Room was noisy during night. Pool was not the greatest. It was run down and not clean. I removed the children and did not use for the remainder of our stay which was a huge disappointment for the children. Room was not cleaned great between both nights but we did have a lot of personal items in room. I remained in my room most of the time since pool was not an option. The pool needs some work - pool liner was stained and just made the whole pool feel unkempt. I will not return to this hotel with or without evacuees present. I did not receive my money's worth for the two nights!

I truly enjoyed my stay and would like to offer a couple of suggestions that I hope you will find helpful.
One suggestion would be to encourage staff to be a little more warm, friendly, and engaging with guests. Everyone was professional, but a more welcoming and personable approach would make the experience feel even more memorable and inviting.
I would also like to suggest expanding the breakfast selection. While everything was well presented, the variety was quite limited. Offering a few more options would make breakfast more enjoyable and appealing for guests with different preferences.
Thank you very much for your hospitality and for taking the time to consider this feedback. I hope these suggestions are helpful, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Staff seemed friendly but were not prompt when I went to check out. I had to stand and wait for someone to come out of the office. The elevator floors were wet and dirty and there was dirty laundry left laying on the floor. There were excessive amounts of people hanging around the elevator which made it difficult to move through the hotel. Holding elevators for people that were still outside. Although there was security officers on site they did absolutely nothing about it.

The pool was treated when the kids just got into the pool to swim about 8:00 pm.
They all started coughing and had to get out of the pool.
This was not a good decision to treat the pool while the kids are swimming. It made them sick.

I would stay here again. Easy, comfortable stay for solo travellers. Very convenient with parking and full breakfast included. I was impressed with how soundproof the room was. There were noisy small children next door and I couldn’t hear them at all through the walls. Clean room and polite staff - especially breakfast attendants.
