Love it. Everything is perfect. I booked it for my mom’s 79th birthday. They delivered her a bottle of wine and fruits to the room. Thank you so much for making my mom 79th Birthday memorable. Highly recommended

The steam room and sauna is very old and require urgent renovations, tiles in the steam are loose and dangerous. There also no anti-slip mats and therefore I slipped outside the steam room and hurt my foot, however they helped me and offered support. Also require rubber slippers for the steam and sauna. The bedroom was excellent and the service by staff was great!

Room were spacious.. Breakfast was great, so many choices. Even the staff offered us fresh made juices. Staff were friendly and helpful We came before check in and our room wasn't ready, so they told us to wait at level 26 at the club lounge. And they served us drinks and afternoon snacks, so delightful

Great hotel, great location, great staff, great breakfast and food in general

yes

Staff is rude. Beds were dirty with crumbs

Excellent service. Great eggs Benedict!! Friendly staff.

Very high standards of hospitality, perfectly matches the proud name of Ritz-Carlton.

Old and not well kept

Amazing Service from The Ritz Carlton Hotel Jakarta This is our first time stayed in 5 stars hotel. We stayed in this hotel from 7-9 February 2026. My husband booked the Grand Room Club. At the entrance, everyone were so welcoming. At the receptionist, Pak Azriel who were handing my check-in. I also met Mbak Melanie who i talked on the phone before, to confirm about the check-in time. They were so helpful and pleasant. We got the room at the 21th floor, plus acces in the Club Lounge at 26th floor. We got the opportunity to have 5 time meal which devided by: Afternoon Tea, Dinner, Cordials & Dessert, Lunch, and Breakfast. For breakfast, we could choose one between take in the 26th floor or Lobby at the Asian Restaurant. The Club was very excellent! The Manager, Ibu Royana Rasjid, welcomed us always whenever we visited the Club! She was very kind and so helpful! We got some compliments, that was so delightful and copious! Thanks bu! For the room, we got city view! It was amazing! Everything was so clean and clear. We didn't hear any noise even we face the city. The pool was also clean and fine! It was in 5th floor. It was like in "Bali vibes" so natural and nice. It such a very wonderful "staycation" in The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Hope i got another chance to stay here. So i can say that this hotel is very recommended 👍👍👍
