Stayed here for two nights for my wedding weekend. I want to start by recognizing Jesse, the Sales Manager, who was fantastic. He took the time to show me multiple rooms and made sure I was placed in a suite that fit all of my needs. My fiancé was also given a bi-level room that worked perfectly for him and his groomsmen. The rooms we were assigned were clean, comfortable, and everything worked properly. Unfortunately, many of our guests had a different experience. Several rooms were dirty, outdated, had broken TVs or phones, and the air conditioning was not working well, with some rooms reaching nearly 80 degrees. The property is clearly in need of renovations and better management. There was also a noticeable police presence during our stay, and the overall atmosphere did not always feel safe or comfortable. Overall, it was convenient for our wedding and served its purpose, but I would not choose to stay here again.

The pool is out of order and reading some of the reviews it’s been out of order for a very very long time. No free breakfast! And parking is a nightmare. Depending on what door your room is close to you may be walking a long long way :(

It’s past its heyday - none of the amenities work - false advertising - very deceiving pictures - elevators not clean and hallways to rooms are dingy and smells like musty - carpet in room was dingy - it was clean - broken tiles - suspicious characters roaming around in hotel - as soon as I arrive there’s a male on bench rolling up a blunt - I was very disappointed - didn’t feel safe even to invite my girlfriend - I do not trust booking through Expedia anymore due to this experience - this solidifies the saying, “You get what you pay for…!” One positive thing is that the staff were very helpful and not their fault at all.

There only 2 nights, bed was comfortable. They had new beds aligned a wall so I guess all rooms be comfortable

The staff were friendly and the lobby layout was very nice for my personal needs of having a small family gathering. However, the building seemed to require a bit of upkeep from the outside and there were glasses still on the table in the lobby which had been there since the night before. I had guests on Friday evening and the carpet needed a vacuuming unless they do it in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but some TLC was needed.

What was unique about this hotel was the total disregard the Owners have for its upkeep, staff, amenities and shabby condition it is and has been for years. They should be ashamed that they own it. Two staff members told me that “they were embarrassed to work there.” Everything from the rooms being dirty, bathrooms disgusting, no hot water, breakfast food was totally inedible, the pool was locked up, the staff would yell across the lobby to each other and were dressed like homeless people. Absolutely no security with doors without access card entry open all night. Ceiling tiles above the bar were missing and lying on the bar. Filthy carpets throughout the lobby tha smelled. I’ve travelled around the world and this was the wordy hotel experience I have ever had. If you don’t want to be in the hotel business . Z sell it to someone who does.

Very run down and poorly kept.

Staff very unfriendly. No microwave in rooms. Clean room. Breakfast is served but not free.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Hallways smelled rooms were not clean had ants in them and smell was intolerable. My fiance runs a hotel restaurant and bar in New Jersey. He identified mold in the room and when we informed Reggie the manager he was not surprised at all, offered to buy us a drink and apologized. I will never stay at the property again and will be reporting them to the board of health.

The hotel did not match the accommodations and amenities that were advertised at the time of booking. We reserved a room with a king-size bed but were provided a room with a queen-size bed instead. Upon arrival, we also had to wait approximately one hour to check in because no staff member was available at the front desk. In addition, several advertised amenities were unavailable, including the pool, breakfast service, and the cafe. The room and property conditions were also concerning, as we encountered a dirty bathroom, mold, and a lack of hot water during our stay. We ended or stay a day early. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay.
