Friendly stuff. Location was perfect 5 minutes walk from train station.
I was traveling from Geneva.
My room was apartment with the kitchen.

As mentioned on pub, parking available and show the front of hotel with many cars parked in front. At the reception, the lady said there is a public parking at 300 meters
We stay there 3 nights and hotel offer a rebate when you stay 2 nights and more, but the girl mentioned this when leaving. I ask her to give me the rebate, She said it’s too late , the rebate is given at arrival. So I lost the rebate. I’m really upset about that

We have stayed at this property before - it is now called the Royal Annecy Privie Lodge - on arrival the receptionist was very professional and ensured that we understood everything about the property, we had reserved parking on site and had a room with a small balcony very welcome in the heat the bedroom equipped with small kitchen refrigerator and hob on suite bathroom. Everything was spotless and very accommodating. We were travelling with a small dog and they made us all feel welcome. There is a lift in this property
The accommodation is a short walk to the lake and numerous shops cafes restaurants and bars all serving delicious food

I checked in late with the machine that prints your cards for you right outside the main door, very simple. I didn't have enough time to book the parking spots but was able to find parking on the road nearby and it's just down the street from Poste parking garage. Street parking is free from 7pm-9am M-F and Sundays/Holidays. The washing machine also comes with laundry soap already so you don't have to buy any. You just need to get coins from the front desk (I forget how much a load costs maybe 5 euros). The bed and pillows are SUPER comfortable I slept very well. It's a beautiful short walk to the lakefront through the old town. I didn't partake in the breakfast nor the gym but I will be back!
