Only thing bad is no black out curtains. The brightness from outside didn't let me sleep well.

Excelentes instalaciones, tanto en habitaciones como en amenidades, muy bonita ubicación, de fácil acceso, el staff siempre atento y amable.

Éste teléfono uno de mis preferidos en Ciudad de México, las localizaciones es increíble las camas increíbles el servicio también lo recomiendo altamente.

The room was cleaned daily and to a high standard by a young lady. Even though I had valuables on show they were not stolen(like I’ve experienced in other hotels). Air conditioning was good, location was central to many things, with shops and commercial centres close by. Great overall experience at Hotel Astor and I will stay here again when I return to CDMX in a couple of weeks.

Great experiencia súper great location

Experienced the best hospitality since the minute I checked in, I arrived over 8 hours early prior to check in & they allowed me to leave my luggage while I explored in the meantime. The food at their restaurant is absolutely wonderful ( chilaquiles & enchiladas ! ) , I found myself eating there for breakfast and dinner as well two days in a row. Also wanted to give a special recognition to Oscar, i wasn’t feeling well on my last night there I had called reception to ask if they had medicine & since they did not he went to the pharmacy and brought it straight to my door. If that isn’t exceptional customer service I don’t know what is. 10000% recommend this hotel , can’t wait to book here again on my next time back
