People stomping above me and kids were LOUD throughout the night. I stayed on the third floor as the loud kids and adults were on the 4th. People with kids should stay at the bottom in my opinion. No one wants to listen to kids scream and stomp all night while on a Weekend getaway.

Lovely

Dirty room, filthy carpets & dusty. Linens smelled used. This room was offered bc we didn’t booked it through them. The front desk person at check-in was the only one friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Cleanness confirmed why SC has the tittle of most dirtiest hotels in the nation. Look it up! Parking is convenient, but lots of trash on all perimeters. Quiet at night. Good for families. Tried to speak with management, but the staff is always blamed. Instead of supervising, and checking on staff duties. Shift supervisor are getting paid to check on staff tasks, not blame them, which is exactly what the response will be. Supervising includes checking rooms before they get offered to us customers. Obviously, don’t happen here. Short staff is not an excuse: offer more jobs! Lots of people looking for them.

Make sure you get a room facing the trees and not Cracker Barrel; road noise on that side is loud. Room: floors clearly haven’t been cleaned in a while, room surfaces not cleaned, dusty in numerous areas of room. Bedroom trash cans I guess staff doesn’t know how to open a trash bag and put it into the trash can. We just simply put them on top here. Beds old school inner spring beds. No pillow top or latex pad. Bathtub shower/split very slippery could be dangerous for elderly. AC worked well but it was 65 degrees outside so. Elevator floors dirty. Trash can overflowing near pools backdoor. Parking lot difficult to get into if coming from southern exit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Quite honestly I wasn't sure what to expect, coming from out of state into a small town, sometimes you roll the dice as to what you get. I was very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful, the breakfast was really good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was grate , clean. Other my room needed a vacuum,

Found old clothes left in the room, bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Switched rooms and once again found article of clothing in the room left over and the bathtub would drain super slow, bathroom floor was super dirty.
