Employee are quite friendly, location is good, restaurant and convenient store are around the hotel. Will stay again next time

A pleasant stay on my first trip to Saigon in a Hotel with a stylish design and comfortable rooms. Noteworthy to say - the staff was extremely polite and helpful.

I loved the staff here! Amazing people and helpful! The hotel was a very small deviation less than I expected lol but still a very amazing stay.

Hotel looks much better in the photos. The rooftop is nice but the pool is small. I booked a superior king room and the hotel claimed they upgraded me to the "new" wing. The hotel is old and hallways and elevator are dingy. The room had a decent but cheap facelift (I would have been highly unhappy without the upgrade if the other room I booked wasn't upgraded - im not sure in the booking it specified that), the bathroom was the size of a shoe box and the door impedes on the already very small space. The bed was comfortable, the makeup station was convenient, AC worked well but made a loud noise, sound proofing was bad but most hotels in VN are - even the new ones. The staff was good and did a nice birthday surprise for me and gave me a complimentary late check out. I appreciated that. For the price I paid though I think there are better options. It's in a dingier side of town too, but close to the markets if you want to shop. The area near Opera House is nicer. The breakfast was the worst I had in my entire 3 week stay. All hotels come with breakfast and they are all pretty much the same, but this one had bare minimum and they couldn't keep up with replenishing it. I didn't even eat at the hotel for two of the three days, as it wasn't worth it. I booked last minute so perhaps paid more, but wasn't worth the price in comparison to others I stayed at.

The room was beautiful, has everything you need. The rooftop is so nice as well, the pool and the bar are so nice. I can’t even begin to explain how nice and friendly the staff are. The location is the best part, you could not get a better location! Highly highly recommend this hotel!

Ideal location for my travel experiences. The staff in the hotel was among the best I have experienced (and I travel a lot). Breakfast and cleanliness top notch. I have booked here 3x so far.

Great location. Breakfast was fresh. Rooftop pool and bar clean, great views high above the city. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Doorman ensured we were in the right Grab to take us to the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

I had an awesome experience at KIN hotel and the staff was always attentive on making sure the guests were comfortable. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Vietnam

Good location to my needs. Staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast is first class. I have no recommendation for improvement in any area and I stay in hotels worldwide
