the hotel room was really clean and comfortable, it was only a couple minutes walk from kings cross st pancras station which made it very convenient. the air conditioning was lovely in the heat. I paid a little bit extra for a window but the view was less than pleasing out the back of the property looking at the back of dilapidated building, but it would be fine to book a room without a window as they're nice enough as is. my main complaint would be the towels in the room were shedding like crazy so i and the floor was covered in white fluff

Air conditioning was a huge asset in the heat wave!!! It turned off during the day; but quickly cooled the room upon evening return.

Nice compact room. Only complaint could be the curtains did not fully close both sides. Quiet room well maintained. Fantastic central London location The AC was fabulous had to turn off at one point, so given the heat recently it was a welcome change

Great location walking distance from king’s cross

There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room and no fridge which I would say was essential in this present heat.Fortunately i am reasonably slim and I could get into the shower but if you were a larger person you would not have been able to squeeze into the shower due to the position of the basin and the door opening to the shower.

Good stay for a busy city trip. Small room but has all you need. Good central location. Lobby has bar and breakfast and vending machines

The location was great—close walking distance St Pancras train station for the Eurostar or for the tube to LHR. The hotel was clean and okay, but totally lacking any amenities; no bottled water, refrigerator, kettle for tea or coffee, safe, closet, cubby to hang clothes, etc. The room my husband and I had did have two large lovely windows at an angle, but the room my daughter and her husband had had only one tiny window. Both rooms were handicapped accessible, although we hadn’t requested that; perhaps all rooms are. While this is great for those who need it and the bathroom was huge, for us it meant the bathroom sink was extremely low—hardly above knee height, the toilet high, and the shower just in a corner of the room, partially obstructed by a bolted-in chair, with a curtain around it, so that the entire bathroom floor got wet with a shower—though, thankfully, the tiles were nicely non-slip. It also rubbed me the wrong way that they charge 3 pounds per bag if you want to leave them there for a few hours after checkout time—I have never encountered this before. All in all, glad it was only one night. If you do stay there, though, check out the utterly charming Lucas Arms pub across the street—great food and delightful staff!

Staying here with my daughter for two nights, we enjoyed the reprieve from the heat with the AC! One drawback was the positioning of the toilet - not accommodating for anyone with long legs. Overall, I’d stay here again - close to the St Pancras International, which was a must for our travel.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
