Beware of the lift/elevator! The lift is not located on all floors. You will need to climb @ 10 steps to enter the lift and again 10 steps when you extit the lift. The lift is extremely small maybe 2 people without luggage or one suitase and one person. You will need to ccarry your luggage up/down the stairs, the staff does not assist with the luggage to your room. Ricci's Pizza across the stree delicious!

Beautiful hotel, lined with modern art. Has a nice courtyard to relax in. Small bar at office desk. Staff was great. Breakfast was good as most breakfast buffets in France are. Breakfast Dinning area was a bit small, but it was not crowded when we ate as it was after 9am. Air conditioning was existing but not adjustable or at all efficient on a hot day. To be fair this is typical energy saving devices most hotels appeared to utilize if they even have air conditioning. But this was a bit extreme. My opinion it's not really worth installing and advertising air conditioning that at the end of the day does not really air conditioning the air. Let's just say it's not there for customer comfort. But maybe ours was broken. Location is very good to the city, Eiffel towers and Museums.

Love the boutique hotel vibes and great view of the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Lovely hotel and exceptional staff, great location, large bathroom, late bar. Didn’t take advantage of breakfast but looked well stocked. Room was even available early for check in. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back again!

Nice, Clean and well appointed bedrooms. The rooms have air conditioning and there is a little lift that gets you to different floors. Great for a short stay in the 16th. I recommend.

A well situated hotel, just off rue de Passy. Hotel opens onto an inner courtyard, so is exceptionally quiet. My room was small, but very functional and comfortable. Breakfasts were just OK.
