I was disappointed with my stay. Although the resort advertises itself as all-inclusive, many amenities come with extra charges. If you want a bed by the pool, you have to pay an additional fee, and even some of the nicer beach chairs require payment. That was very disappointing for an all-inclusive experience.
Our room also had maintenance issues. The water pressure was very poor, and the bathroom faucets were broken, making them difficult to turn off.
What concerned me the most was the customer service. We were traveling with children, and one of the bartenders treated them very rudely, making them feel unwelcome. The employee at the gelato station also seemed upset all the time and was not friendly.
Overall, this was not the relaxing family vacation we expected. Between the extra charges, the room issues, and the poor service, I would not recommend this resort, especially for families with children.
