Rất tốt This is by far the best hotel in Grimsby. You can stay here with complete peace of mind, knowing you'll receive excellent service and comfort throughout your stay. For this area, it truly deserves a five-star rating. Highly recommended!

Dưới mức trung bình The hotel outside is aged and dilapidated l. Paint is peeling badly and the plants, weeds and gras isn’t maintained.
It’s a hotel that could be a nice hotel but isn’t loved by the owners.
The rooms when you first walk in look lovely because the furniture is nice. However once you settle you realise how poorly maintained the on is, the bathroom has black mould on the sealant, the fixtures aren’t properly cleaned and the floor you can see there is no attention to detail when cleaning.
If you need to charge a device, don’t expect to do it by the bed as there’s no plugs by the bedside cabinets.
Finally the mattresses are the flimsy cheap type that when you sit on them they flatten (and I’m not a heavy person).
At night the main doors are locked and you have to telephone to be let in.
The one good thing is the staff are friendly.

Dưới mức trung bình Staff super friendly and helpful. But hotel itself had dirty windows. My hairdryer would switch itself off every 30 sec of drying . My shower gel/shampoo container was emoty and I only have teas in my room no coffee.

Room was dirty on arrival, pubic hairs in bed, no other rooms were not available, so had to leave and stay elsewhere. The receptionist was lovely but she was on her own could not help in anyway.
The website shows lovely clean rooms, but this was not the reality. I have started a claim for a refund but would never book to stay again

There was not much to like and plenty not to like.
On arrival we were given the hotels disabled room when we had booked a room with a view of the golf coyrs3 and a balcony - the picture showed two chairs on the balcony. All I had done was ask the hotel if the room had a walk in shower and did not ask to be given a room without balcony etc.
We wre then given another room whic( did have a view - basically above a big roof that was a mes# with a golf view beyond but no balcony,
We were then given a room with a golf view and a balcony wit( one chair that had a rip in the seat. By now we had run out of tine so couldn’t be bothered to complain again.
The worst thing was that the guy on reception had argued with me and said that I had ordered the disabled room and he just would not let it go. I have better things to do when I check into a hotel than to waste time arguing with the reception clerk.
