reception staff arrogant wanted to date your money then not interested £50 for parking went to room smelt a cat and dog wee come down out lift dog weed didn’t lift. went to bar area no draft beer bottles £3.50 each no entertainment one DJ with broken television no swimming pool as advertised bedroom second one broken floor in bathroom one light smelly carpet and never so cleaner whole week very disappointed will not go back and watch for being ripped off with this hotel spent most of week next door in hotel spending his money there very disappointed with Xperia advertising this hotel as brilliant when it’s in poor condition need a refund going to trading standards thank you patrick

Our room was clean, bed spotless and very comfy, the furniture could be updated, the bathroom especially shower cubicle needs revamped, the kettle in room really needs to be descaled, the restaurant was good, breakfast was lovely, dinner was ok, but waiters need to serve food on trays as fingers were on food when serving side plates of vegetables, not good, although staff were friendly, we enjoyed our stay,

Really enjoyed are stay staff friendly nice comfy beds great value for money

the hotel is an excellent price but remember its a budget hotel staff are helpful and the bar is there if you need a drink this was my 2nd time and have no problem in booking again

Well maybe odd bang by doors time to time by different people plus that's roughly same in other hotels plus water didn't get hot by the shower in room 219 plus maybe that need sorted out plus still a good hotel

Spacious quiet rooms, I enjoyed my stay, good value for money. The carpets and the banister was dirty on my stay but the rooms were fine.

For a one night stay. We were pleasantly surprised. Great location and the staff were fab.

It's the best dog friendly hotel I have stayed in. Many hotels say they are but they aren't. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice . The food was excellent. My only negative isn't about the hotel as such, but if your a real coffee drinker take your own . It's just a preference.

Room was filthy stains on bedding stains on side boards mould in shower Tv didn't work when first arrived was half fixed by staff but had to keep messing with it myself at night as no staff around Front of draw was hanging off staff came and fixed Room was freezing no heating what so ever in Room when asked staff about heating told me it was automatic never came on once in Room during weekend Was in a family room that had to walk through people eating in restaurant to get to No entertainment what so ever One member of staff doing reception and bar
