Everything was perfect - the location is central, our suite was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was first rate, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

My wife was extremely pleased with the perfect location and accommodations. Hotel staff excellent and very helpful with answering our questions about restaurant choices and sites. Very efficient check in. Excellent breakfast. On the last day of our stay we had an early flight and much to our surprise the staff provided breakfast and snacks to take with us. What an amazingly nice and thoughtful thing, and was a reminder of just how welcoming and attentive this fine hotel is. They have really set a high standard. Well done !!

The location is excellent and the staff are superb. From the front desk/concierge to the staff in the restaurant and the cleaning members, all were attentive and friendly. Even though the hotel is right at the heart of everything, the hotel is remarkably quiet and peaceful inside.

Amazing location, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had , rooms are very large and well equipped. Location is right in the middle of town and close to everything - rooms are sound proof and very quite though.

Our stay at the Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz was truly wonderful and one of the highlights of our trip to Vienna. The room was very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff was always attentive and kind. We never lacked anything we requested, and every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed. One detail that meant so much to me was the surprise they prepared during breakfast for my birthday — a slice of cake and a very thoughtful gesture that made the day feel even more special. Those small details truly make a difference. The breakfast was incredibly good, with excellent quality and variety every morning. And the view of St. Stephen's Cathedral was simply unbeatable — absolutely spectacular and something we will remember for a long time. My only small recommendation would be regarding the air conditioning, since the room never felt very cold, and the shower was a bit narrow. However, having a bathtub compensated for it to a certain extent. Overall, we loved our experience and would definitely return.

Clean room

This is a very small hotel but in a great location. Very convenient to stores, museums and great restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had an incredible view of the Stephansplatz. The staff was attentive and helpful.

The whole experience was genuinely outstanding. Our room was spacious, absolutely spotless and well appointed - with a fantastic view of St Stephan's Cathedral. The staff were friendly, helpful and could not have done anything better. Breakfast is worth booking with plenty of choices - all of a very high standard. We will be staying at this hotel again in December when we come to visit the Christmas Markets. Thank you everyone at the Boutique Hotel am Stephansplatz for making our first visit to Vienna so special.
