This is the message I sent to a guy named Keith, who contacted me when I completed their “how was your stay survey.” He basically replied saying sorry, well let the property know. Offered nothing more. Hello Keith, thanks for reaching out. Our stay was in room 245 and it was far beneath my expectations. I'll start off with the good however, and that's the bed (mattress), was comfortable. But then the bad overpowered the stay. The air conditioner sounds like a gas operated dirt bike or small motorcycle. It was hard to sleep with it being so loud. Additionally, I went to wash my hands, a little water fell on the floor by the sink. I got a towel to wipe it up and the towel was pitch black. It looked like that wood vanity floor area had not been mopped in years! The floor was filthy! Your maids are NOT cleaning it after each visit. Also, the tub appeared to be as old as me. I have AARP. It needs an update no doubt. The water pressure for the shower was so low, I had to stay in there a long time just to insure the soap was rinsed off my body. In addition, the red couch has a spot. I dare not sit on it. I was afraid of what the "spot" might be. Please clean it. It felt nasty. Lastly, our sheets had several stains. I took photos and will attach them. My husband and I travel often. We chose Days Inn spontaneously on our way to Vegas. Overall, the room at was subpar in many ways. We'd like to recommend this hotel, but as of now we cannot. Here’s a shorter review that stays focused on the room and the hotel’s handling of the issue. We checked into our room and immediately found that the bedding was not clean. There was hair throughout the sheets and blankets, the pillowcases were visibly stained, and the bathroom had a strong odor of marijuana. We documented the condition with photos and reported it to the front desk right away. Since then, we’ve made multiple attempts to work with management regarding a refund. Unfortunately, after being directed to contact the general manager by email, our follow-up messages have gone unanswered. I understand that issues can happen at any hotel. What was most disappointing was not the problem itself, but the lack of communication and follow-through in trying to resolve it.

room wise, we stayed in a multiple beds for fam. it was big but the room floor was flithy dirty and stinks, it's an old carpet stinks. lucky to have Lysol air fresher it helps a lil'bet. Since we're all tired and have to leave as early as 5AM, we don't have time to complaints at the desk. room 200 needs floor replacement just saying.😊

Room was clean, AC kept the room nice and cool for the night. Only dislike was the shower head, like come on now at least a decent working one.

The floor was dirty, the shower handle was broken, and there was a bad smell.

The property met my expectations based on price point and quality of room.

Very comfortable room. The refrigerator doors need to be swapped to the other side. You can barely get in them. Could use a really deep clean but comfortable enough for a good night sleep.

Room was dirty, restroom tube stained and had a hole, shower curtains were dirty, one bed had a big booger, and room didnt look like it was vacuumed. The carpet was stained couldnt walk on it barefoot or with socks.

Our stay was for 2 nights. Checking in was easy and fast. The woman that check us in was really welcoming and informative. Our room was for 2 queens. We got lucky and got the floor level. The room was clean. I would recommend staying here especially for the price that they had.
