Tuyệt vời Great staff. Clean rooms. Fairly well equiped gym and pool, sauna and spa. Some areas a little tired but overall great stay. Thank you.

When you find the staff they are sound.. just be ready to for long waits for service and high prices for very little.. £17.50 for 12 chips and small fish... i have no idea how this is a 4 star hotel. No air-conditioning no mini fridge in the rooms so no way of keeping cool or having a clod drink in your room.

Rooms are clean you adequate with all that we needed for an overnight stay.
Negative was a lack of staff. Same person from reception was later working the bar along with others who all doubled as waiters meaning that a lot of the time there was no one available at the bar , so you had to go to reception to make a call ( because there was no one in reception) for someone to come to the bar. Drinks choice was not Great, plus they had also run out of many of the drinks. on the plus side the food was very good except for deserts where brownie was cold and cheesecake was room temperature

Overall the hotel was ok, my main complaint would be the food. There is a small menu which is fine but half the options weren’t available. What I had was not good to say the least. Food must improve

The staff were very friendly lovely clean bedroom however the smell coming from the bathroom was horrendous it was coming from the drains we had to keep the bathroom door shut as it was overpowering

Decent hotel for one night, all we did was sleep here. Would have loved the shower to have a detachable shower head and also the fixed shower gel was nearly empty.
