Beautiful hotel, and the free breakfast was amazing

Enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and clean. Staff was pleasant

The kitchen sick didn’t work and the bathroom sink the water didn’t drain I ask like 3 times and they kinda fixed it 2 days before we left

Overall, this is a beautiful place to stay. We loved the open floor plan and the large suites. Awesome! However, the bathrooms do not have fans to reduce moisture in the bathroom when showering. My wife likes a hot shower. Moisture was everywhere. Secondly, the maintenance and keep up on the bathroom fixtures, in our case the shower curtain rod and the shower/tub connection. 1. The shower curtain rod was broken at the ends, and it drooped downward causing the curtain to bundle in the middle of the rod. It did not cover the length of the tub on the left and right. When I went to take a shower and moved that shower curtain, to my surprise the rod tile anchors came completely out of the wall. I had to tuck them back in to hold up the curtain rod. I tucked the ends of the shower curtain in a certain way so that it would hold onto the ends to prevent water from getting on the floor. Overall, our stay was super! Great service, kind and helpful staff, we loved the drink tickets. We were not able to attend breakfast. It sounded great. Will stay there again, hopefully the room we are given will have no bathroom issues.

I found the staff at this location to be very helpful. However the maintenance of the amenities, the cleanliness of the common areas and my bathrooms were in terrible condition. I checked into my original room and the bathroom had rust in the tub, mold on the shower, my shower rod was barely hanging on the wall and water damage on the ceiling. I checked out of that room and they found me another and it had the same issues.

Pretty old stuff. Two table lamps not working in room etc. Shuttle service volatile.

Breakfast was probably fine but coffee did not materialize till much after 7 am
