I loved the breakfast very clean and welcoming staff

Great staff, great location.

Great loved it! So close to station and everything. Lovely lobby and bar. Clean room, helpful staff and decent breakfast.

Very disappointed with my room. 1st impressions are vital. The communal area was ok, but as a solo traveller with a heavy bag I wasn’t directed to the main lift by reception, but down some stairs along a dark corridor and into a poky lift. I opened the door to my room to be greeted by a large stain on the carpet. There was no milk to make tea only creamer powder and I was told I could always go down three floors to use the communal milk each time I had a cup of tea. I even visited the website to check I was in the 4* hotel I had booked! Not a patch on the 4* hotel I had stayed in, in Stockholm. The room had everything it said, but the majority of the plugs didn’t work. The hair dryer was pathetic and I just gave up and left my hair to dry naturally. The room was stuffy and the window only opened a smidge. The bathroom was clean and adequate. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The location was good. I would not stay at this hotel again. As a solo traveller, I was allocated the pokiest room. My experience certainly wasn’t 4* or that of the glossy website photos.

A very noisy location

The hotel was in a good location but the decor could do with an update as it feels tired and dark. We asked for another room as our room overlooked a blank wall with weeds growing from terrace. We were offered an upgraded room at a higher rate. The staff were not that helpful and did not greet you particularly warmly. The beds were comfortable and cleanliness was good. Very busy at breakfast in the restaurant and felt claustrophobic at times.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. My room was on the top floor and while it didn’t have a window view, the skylight provided plenty of light and gave me a small glimpse of the skyline. The bathroom was very big and quite functional and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I applaud you on your efforts to put out a good breakfast buffet. And your staff was more than friendly and very helpful in answering my questions. If I ever find myself returning to Gothenburg, yours would be the hotel I would stay at again.

Clean room, great views. Super comfortable beds. Mini bar in room with hot water kettle. LOVED the pools and sauna/steam room. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Staff super helpful and friendly. Property is very clean. Coffee/tea available in the lobby from 6:00am. Close to the Central Train station and shopping mall is just around the corner. Super central to transport and parks and the waterfront. Great property. Had a fantastic stay.

Great centrak location for many bars & dining - easy access to both football Stadia & the theme park. Relaxing Spa & good breakfast
