Hotel didn't have a room for us and said they were housing evacuees and had moved us to another hotel. We arrived at the "other" hotel and they didn't have a room for us and said we had been moved to a third hotel. Went to that now third hotel, and they looked at me like I was crazy and had no idea what I was talking about.

Good Afternoon, I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to you from Wyndham Garden to provide an important update regarding your upcoming stay with us. At the moment, we are currently providing temporary housing for evacuees due to the lack of access to safe drinking water on their reserve following a sewage-related contamination of the water supply. The Canadian government has requested our assistance for housing these individuals, and as a result of this we currently have to relocate all of our guests that were planning to stay with us. At this time, we have made a new arrangement and upgraded your stay at the Wyndham Grand Hotel. Please know that the Wyndham Grand Hotel will honor your original reservation room rate, however they do not offer the same room type as you originally booked so they will be providing you with 2 rooms being 1 King bed and 2 Queen Beds at no additional cost to your stay. However, since they are a higher star property they have a security deposit of $50 on a credit card each night which will be released back upon your departure. If paying with Debit or Cash, the deposit must be collected in person when you check out and will be $300CAD. Additionally, please bring a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, or Ontario Photo ID) for check-in. Great location only a few minutes to walk to the falls and 20 minutes from Clifton Hill. The room was clean but the pool area was not. The front-desk staff were efficient and polite but the parking attendant yelled at my husband for not loading our car quickly enough at check-out

Great stay! Nice staff. Bathroom door was malfunctioning and the lamp shades were dirty. Otherwise no complaints! Reasonable self park prices too.

Excellent room, very well appointed. Really comfortable. Very close to the casino and the OLG stage, joined by an air conditioned walkway.

The room was so clean and the staff was so helpful! We got a free upgrade to the jacuzzi room and were so thankful for it! Hotel is located right where you want to be and it even has a tunnel to the casino. I wish parking was a little more obvious because the directions to the hotel did take us to the front (where parking isn’t easily seen), but honestly i could’ve called beforehand so that’s on me for not doing so. all in all great hotel i would definitely stay here again!!!!

I was greeted by front desk staff and told I did not have a room but sent me to Days Inn which looked like a better deal

I was moved to a different hotel. I booked and paid for a premium family suite at this property. I was given a basic room at a different hotel . And offered no refund or price adjustment. Just a crappy breakfast buffet. Still haven’t heard from Expedia either.
