Clean room and friendly staff. Exactly as listed (note that there is no AC but they did leave two big fans in the room when I went!).

I'll start with the not as good part: When I arrived into the room, I was surprised by what I found. I had to actually go back and look at the listing, as I had booked it months ago, to see if it reflected what I saw, because I surely wouldn't have booked it if I'd seen what it actually was. Sure enough, the listing looked colorful and stylish and the reality was bland and basic. Also, there not being AC, I don't know why, but even though it was cool out in the evenings and the window was wide open, without a cross-draft, it just remained too warm in the room the entire time. But I will say, it did seem clean enough, the reception/check in was nice (they even accomodated a noon check-in (when I had only asked if they'd hold our bags until check in time), there was the bakery and stores and quick food outside the doors, and a bus to get you into town very near by. And the park across the street gave my kids their release at the end of the day. So all in all not a bad stay, just not what I initially expected.

Avoid at all costs during the summer months. While the hotel might be adequate for winter, bare minimum but appropriately clean, there was no AC. It got so hot in my room that it gave me a headache. I couldn’t sleep as it was like an oven. Quite frankly, this poses a grave health risk. I’m from the Caribbean so I know hot, and tolerate it well. This was on a different and dangerous level. Thankfully I was only there one night. I do NOT recommend this place.

A great convenient location for a quick overnight stay! We had a layover, and it supplied us with a beautiful, spacious apartment. To refresh ourselves, explore the amazing streets of Bordo and leave the next day.

The place was really nice and a great size for my group! Had easy access to for check-in and late night entry! Overall great location from the center and train station

Good location Reasonable price

Nice friendly staff, relatively safe neighborhood. The only problems were that there was no sofa so one had to watch TV sitting on a single bed with no back support. Also, in our apt. there was a slight odor coming from the kitchen sink.

Clean room, great price, friendly staff, and good location!

Very convenient for us as a stop over. Amazing baker’s right underneath for the best bread. The communal areas were lovely and well maintained but the room was a little lacking (although for £57….) bathroom was a bit basic. Was handy having kitchenette facility.

I enjoyed a 4 night stay in mid September, 2025. Although I was travelling solo, a had a really nice suite with both a double bed and a single bed in the other room. The kitchenette was suitable for simple cooking. I was lucky to have brought a sharp knife with me, as the kitchenette didn’t have that. I was also lucky to have brought a plug for the sink and a dish cloth (one simple kitchen towel was provided). The area appears a bit rough in the evening, however, in daytime hours, lots of locals and visitors are in the area, commuting to the train station and/or school/work. There is was a laundry room right on my floor, which was convenient. A small cost that can be activated with a recite card. Be careful with making sure to lock your suite door behind you when you leave. I realized on my first day that it doesn’t automatically lock. I didn’t have any issues with anyone going into my suite, but I had to remember to lock the door with the key each time. Staff were helpful at the front desk. I didn’t opt for cleaning or breakfast (additional prices), however, staff were happy to replenish toilet paper and dish soap upon my request.
