Everything was perfect.

Stuff was terrible, lying abut viability’s room , payment.Reqested payment confirmation from Expedia. Never recommend to anybody

The elevator didn’t go up to the 5th floor which made it very difficult for older people with luggage.

This is a very attractive hotel, with friendly, welcoming, and very helpful staff plus great amenities. Our room was very comfortable; the lobby bar offers filtered water on tap with bottles you can take to your room, plus a nice selection of wine, etc.; the daily breakfast buffet offers a wide and delicious selection of food, plus several kinds of coffee; the on-site spa is a great-to-have, and saved the day for us with "emergency" massages the day before we took long air flights home. If you're not accustomed to European low-to-no air conditioning, be aware there is no AC here. The lobby areas were comfortable with lots of open windows, and a high-powered fan is provided in the bedroom (our fan didn't rotate, so you had to choose which part of the room to keep cool), and windows are open-able, though without screens.

The staff were amazing and helpful. The happy hour was a lot of fun too! The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

Our favorite place go stay in the city! Love the location, super walkable and right by the market. Love cozy hour, and how cared for the space is.

Check in was slow and confusing. Breakfast was very good, but expensive. A “green” property, so no AC, but fans worked well.
