Very convenient and a nice place

One night stay before flight. Loved the shuttle service. Front desk was friendly and customer oriented. So many amenities-just missed the start of movie in theater. Didn’t see the plane till morning. 8th floor view awesome! Room was perfect! Large comfy bed. Great walk in shower. Liked the lotion and soap! Was very spoiled. 24 hour store was like mini mart.

Really like this hotel. Luxery for a bargain price. Please be aware the shuttle bus is only free TO the hotel. Back to the airport is payable. If you value sleep, DO NOT get a room on any of the 3 top floors. The noise from the rooftop bar is quite intrusive.

I chose this hotel because of its convenience being near the airport. However, our room was only ready after 4:30 pm when the standard check-in is 3 pm. I understand that housekeeping can be busy but no one at the reception was able to give me a clear reason or even offer a different room. The next day, we purchased tickets the movies (the hotel has a movie theater!) and the person at the concession had no idea how to make popcorn or even how to use the cash register. They need to retrain their staff.

Understanding the lights would have been benificial, I could turn them off did not know how to turn them off without pulling the card as well the power plug then did not work by the bed. Bed was not what we booked but too tired to care. Everything else was great

I booked this property for two main reasons: proximity to the airport and spa access. Firstly, I was given no information about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, when I finally got to the hotel, the attendance said that the phones stop at seven. That explains why when we tried to call multiple times, no answer was available. Of course, be aware that the shuttle is not free, but actually cost five euros. I had also called on previous occasions to schedule the spa massage. I sent two emails as well. They told me that I have to call at 7 AM in the morning in order to book the massage. When we did call there was no massage available until 130. This brings me to the two reasons for my for rating: poor communication and false advertising. Please do not advertise for massage access or kitchen when there is none available. I also found it incredibly difficult to communicate with anyone at this hotel. I even asked once about other ways to book transportation tickets, since we were being charged outrageously in Amsterdam. The guy told me that we should be able to just tap our phone… I know that we can tap our phone, but later found out that there is day pass access. You would think this would be something the hotel attendance would know. I will say that our hotel suite was very clean and we were very impressed, but overall, I was fairly disappointed with this hotel.
