Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, I really enjoyed my stay here and would reccomend it to everyone! The entire property is georgeous and the staff are the best, very helpful, friendly, polite, and welcoming. As a foreigner, I was very happy with my stay here.

Just stayed one night. Check in friendly and easy. Room had no view but was well equipped and decorated in a colonial style. Nice pool area and good bar Breakfast was biggest disappointment- more than enough variety but fruit poorly presented in tiny blocks that meant watermelon was mushy. Service definitely an area for improvement. No coordination between staff meant asking 3 times for a second coffee to get one and then no warm milk Great location if your only in Cochin for a couple of days

Felt like royalty here. The staff were delightful and friendly. The room was incredible and a very comfortable bed. The pool was lovely and towels provided. We were also served a refreshing lime drink at the side of the pool. For a treat this is a brilliant place to stay

Wonderful stay! The staff, room and premises was absolutely great! When two of us went down with the flu, the staff went above and beyond to help us, by getting a doctor on site, accomodating special food requests and constantly enquiring of our well being. The hotel itself is so gorgeous, with authentic instagram worthy Portuguese architecture! Shout out to Shaan and Jayachandran and other staff - thank you! Highly recommend the hotel!

The swimming pool was out of order and the restaurant was disappointing and expensive.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely part of Fort Kochi, with a gorgeous pool that was welcome after a day exploring the area. The staff were all friendly and attentive and the food was tasty. Would highly recommend booking a walkikg tour through the hotel.

Lovely historic hotel in the prime location of Fort Kochi. Excellent location to explore the city, with many of the attractions within very short walking distance. Two out of three nights we had dinner in the courtyard restaurant. Dinner was excellent with plenty of Kerela seafood options. At 4pm tea/snacks are also served in the courtyard which we would recommend. Staff were excellent and were very attentive to our concerns. The building itself is 400 years old and is very well maintained for its age, however some rooms do need some maintenance. The staff assured us they would take care of this during the off-season.

This is a very nice hotel in a fantastic location in Kochi. Staff are very professional and the breakfast was good

Great property, great location and services.

We only stayed overnight, but this property is beautiful, incredibly well mentioned and full of history, the restaurant is very good, and it is perfectly located in Kochi. Worth every penny.
