We were very disappointed in this property and would never recommend it to anyone else to stay at. What they call is a pool is a joke it couldn’t be the furthest thing from it and very dirty.
As for the stay we had people partying above us for all three nights so we were up from 12:30-5:30am every night. We mentioned multiple times to whoever was working front desk and nothing ever got done. The customer service was very disappointing to say the least.

the check in process is overly complicated. If you check in after 3pm, which everyone does, then you need to do everything online with different apps and its overly slow and very confusing. There is noone at the reception after 3pm, which is a joke

The room was a little on the small side, but the location and vibe was excellent and the staff friendly and efficient.

Great staff but you could get much better properties at such a rate
The beds are not convenient at all
The mattress of the bed is definitely old and needs replacement
Would not recommend for friends

Dưới mức trung bình Problems with check-in. We arrived around 7:00 PM, but the reception was closed, and the nearest open reception is 5 km away. After many phone calls, we finally got a check-in link, but it took more than 2 hours before we could enter our room. We were stuck outside trying to check in, pay the deposit, and the tourist tax — very frustrating. you also have to take out the trash when checking out. If you're looking for a cleaning staff position in Barcelona - it seems a perfect place for you!

Dưới mức trung bình Big PROBLEMS with check-in. We arrived after 19:00 and the reception was CLOSED (they open at 23:00). The nearest open reception is 5 km away. After many phone calls, we were finally given a link to complete the check-in — which also wasnt easy. It took us about 2.5 hours before we could enter our room. We were literally standing outside the building trying to check in, pay the tourist tax, and pay the deposit, which was also problematic.
guests have to take out their own trash when checking out. I’m just glad they didn’t also ask me to clean the staircase and wash the bed linens!

Everything was just okay. Everything was close by. Public transportation, attractions were easy to get to. Great customer service. The only thing I would like them to consider is changing the beds! The bed/mattress were super uncomfortable. Mattresses were cheap and super old and dirty under the clean sheets
